Homeopathy for medical examinations

When you feel unwell, you may need to undergo regular check-ups to maintain your health.

Medical examinations such as MRI scans, radiation, and ultrasound have a greater impact on the body than expected and may affect some people's physical condition.

In this blog, we will introduce some useful remedies during testing.

#1 - X-ray and CAT scan

Both X-rays and CT (Computed Tomography) scans are imaging techniques that use ionizing radiation to view the internal structures of the body. However, they differ significantly in terms of technology, imaging capabilities, and uses.

X-ray:

How It Works:

  • Radiation: X-rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation. During an X-ray, these rays pass through the body and are absorbed in varying degrees by different tissues.

  • Image Formation: Dense materials like bones absorb more X-rays and appear white on the image, while softer tissues, like muscles and organs, absorb fewer X-rays and appear darker.

Advantages:

  • Quick and Simple: The procedure is fast, non-invasive, and widely available.

  • Low Cost: X-rays are generally less expensive compared to other imaging techniques.

Considerations:

  • Radiation Exposure: Although exposure is generally low, repeated X-rays can increase cancer risk over time.

  • Limited Detail: X-rays are not as detailed as other imaging techniques, especially for soft tissues.

CT Scan (CAT Scan):

How It Works:

  • Radiation: CT scans use X-rays combined with computer processing to create cross-sectional images of the body.

  • Image Formation: The patient lies on a table that slides through a ring-shaped scanner. The scanner rotates around the body, taking multiple X-ray images from different angles. These images are then compiled by a computer to create detailed cross-sectional views, and sometimes 3D images, of the internal structures.

Advantages:

  • High Detail: Provides more detailed images than standard X-rays, particularly for soft tissues.

  • Fast: The scan is quick, often taking only a few minutes.

Considerations:

  • Higher Radiation Exposure: CT scans involve more radiation than standard X-rays, so their use is typically limited to when detailed imaging is necessary.

  • Contrast Agents: Sometimes, contrast agents are used to enhance the images, which can cause allergic reactions in some patients.

#2 - MRI scan

An MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scan is a medical imaging technique used to create detailed images of the organs and tissues inside the body. Unlike X-rays or CT scans, which use ionizing radiation, MRI uses powerful magnets and radio waves to generate images.

How MRI Works:

  1. Magnetism: The machine uses a strong magnetic field to align the protons in the body's hydrogen atoms.

  2. Radio Waves: Radio waves are then sent through the body, which disrupt the alignment of these protons.

  3. Signal Detection: When the radio waves are turned off, the protons realign, and in doing so, they emit signals that are picked up by the MRI machine.

  4. Image Creation: These signals are processed by a computer to create detailed images of the body's internal structures.

Uses of MRI:

  • Brain and Spine: To detect tumours, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis.

  • Joints and Muscles: To assess injuries in soft tissues like ligaments and tendons.

  • Abdomen and Pelvis: To examine organs such as the liver, kidneys, and reproductive organs.

  • Heart: To visualise the heart's structure and function.

Advantages:

  • No Radiation: Unlike X-rays or CT scans, MRI does not expose the patient to ionizing radiation.

  • Detailed Images: MRI provides highly detailed images, particularly of soft tissues.

Considerations:

  • Claustrophobia: Some people may feel uncomfortable in the narrow space of the MRI machine.

  • Metal Implants: Patients with certain metal implants (like pacemakers) may not be able to undergo an MRI due to the magnetic field.

  • Noise: The machine can be loud, so ear protection is often provided.

#3 - Ultrasound

An ultrasound, also known as sonography, is a medical imaging technique that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of structures inside the body. Unlike X-rays and CT scans, ultrasounds do not use ionizing radiation, making them a safer option for certain populations, such as pregnant women.

How Ultrasound Works:

  1. Sound Waves: The ultrasound machine emits high-frequency sound waves through a transducer, which is a small handheld device.

  2. Echoes: As these sound waves travel through the body, they bounce off tissues, organs, and fluids. Different tissues reflect sound waves differently.

  3. Image Formation: The transducer captures these echoes and sends them to a computer, which processes them to create real-time images on a monitor. These images can show movement, like the beating of a heart or blood flow in vessels.

Advantages:

  • No Radiation: Since it uses sound waves, there’s no exposure to ionizing radiation, making it safer, especially for pregnant women.

  • Real-Time Imaging: Allows for dynamic imaging, useful for observing blood flow, fetal movement, or heart function.

  • Non-Invasive: The procedure is generally painless and does not require any incisions or injections.

  • Portable and Accessible: Ultrasound machines are relatively portable and widely available in both hospitals and clinics.

Considerations:

  • Image Quality: Ultrasound images are not as detailed as those from CT or MRI scans, particularly for deeper structures.

  • Operator Skill: The quality of the images can be highly dependent on the skill of the technician performing the ultrasound.

  • Limited by Gas and Bone: Ultrasound waves cannot penetrate bone or gas-filled structures well, so it’s less effective for imaging the lungs or bones.

#3 - Anxiety before medical examinations

Before the test, you may feel anxious, restless, or unable to sleep due to anxiety. Below are some remedies that can be used in such cases.

Aconite

When you feel like you're about to panic due to anxiety, or when you're surprised by something small.

Arg nit

You feel anxious worried, and restless. When your stomach feels loose or your gas increases due to anxiety.

Arsenicum Album

When you are restless and anxious, and become picky or nervous about trivial things.

Coffea Cruda

When you can't sleep because you're overthinking due to anxiety

Kali Phos

Especially when you're thinking too much and already tired before the surgery.

Here we will also introduce flower essences that you can use when you are worried and anxious.

Crowea (Bush Flower Essences)

Essence that can be used by people who have severe anxiety. It can also be used by people who have stomach problems due to worry or stress.

Emergency Essence (Bush Flower Essence)

A combination of essences for when you have severe anxiety or worry. It can be used before an exam, before a work presentation, or for a sudden shock.

Rescue Remedy or Five Flower Essence (Bach Flower Essence)

Bach Flower version of the above Emergency Flower Essence. This is also made from a combination of Bach Flowers and is used in the same way, when you have severe anxiety or worry. It can be used before an exam, before a work presentation, or for a sudden shock.

#5 - Remedies for medical examinations

Arnica

This remedy is often used for injuries, bruises, and shock from injury, but it is also used when the impact on the body is strong. Tests have a strong impact on the body. Arnica is also effective for impact during inspections.

Bellis Perennis

When the impact on soft and connective tissue is strong. For example, a breast mammogram is an examination of the soft tissue called the breast. Remedies good for repairing damage

Ledum

For pain and damage caused by puncture. When the pain after the injection needle is severe or the recovery is slow

Magnetis Poli Ambo

A remedy made from magnets. Helps the body recover from damage caused by magnetism.

MRI Scan

A remedy made from MRI scans. Helps the body recover from damage caused by tests using electromagnetic waves.

Radium Bromatum

Radiation remedy. It helps in recovering from damage caused by tests that use radiation, X-rays, or CT scans.

Ultrasound

A remedy made from ultrasound. Helps the body recover from damage caused by ultrasound examinations.

Xray

As the name suggests, this is a remedy made from X-rays. We help your body recover from damage caused by various tests that use X-rays.

When using it after a medical test, it is common to use 30c or 200c three times a day for about 2-3 days after the test, but each person has a different reaction after the test, so listen to your body's energy state and what your body is saying. Please adjust the administration period accordingly.

Conclusions...

Before the test, you may be worried about what the results will be, but please use remedies to get through it. We have introduced the general administration method based on tests above, but the potency of taking the drug also depends on the energy of the person.
